With over 40 years of experience and 24 years as owner of Posh, Tina is known for her precision haircuts, custom color, keratin treatments, blonding techniques, perms, and formal and bridal styling. She has led the salon alongside Rachel, her co-owner since 2012, and has completed advanced education and certifications with more than 100 professional beauty brands, giving her extensive expertise in both technical services and product knowledge. Passionate about continued education and mentoring, Tina is dedicated to creating personalized looks while helping every guest look and feel their absolute best.

Rachel has been part of Posh since it was established in 2002, beginning her journey as the salon manager and becoming co-owner in 2012. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Jennifer has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2004 and is dedicated to creating beautiful, personalized results for every guest. She has completed advanced education with Redken, L’Oréal Professionnel, Vidal Sassoon, Alter Ego, and other leading industry brands, giving her extensive expertise in both technical services and product knowledge. Jennifer specializes in precision cutting, customized color, keratin treatments, perms, and formal and bridal styling. She is especially known for her dimensional brunette color work and signature blowouts.
