A valid credit card is required on file to reserve color and specialty services. Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. With less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the scheduled service is charged, and no-shows are charged 100%. Arriving late may mean your service is shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next guest.
